These SMS Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation in AnchorCare Home Health LLC (“AnchorCare,” “we,” “us,” “our”) text messaging programs. By opting in, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
AnchorCare uses SMS to communicate non-medical, operational messages related to our services and recruiting. Examples include:
Care & Scheduling: consultation confirmations, visit reminders/updates, arrival windows, rescheduling notices.
Client/Family Updates: general check-ins and service follow-ups.
Recruiting/Employment: application confirmations, interview reminders, onboarding steps.
Service Notices: holiday hours, weather impacts, policy updates.
Promotional texts (e.g., news or offers) are sent only if you separately opt in. Your consent is not a condition of receiving care or applying for employment.
You may provide consent by:
Checking an SMS consent box on our website forms and submitting your mobile number;
Texting a provided keyword (e.g., START, JOIN, or YES) to our messaging number(s); or
Providing written/recorded consent during phone intake or in person.
We will not sell or share your SMS consent or mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us (e.g., active cases or hiring steps). Typical ranges:
Care/scheduling: 1–10 msgs/week during active coordination;
Recruiting/onboarding: 1–10 msgs/week during the hiring process;
One-time confirmations/alerts as needed.
Actual frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation of opt-out and then no further messages, unless you re-opt-in.
For assistance, reply HELP or contact info@anchorcarehomehealth.com / 815-335-9944. Example HELP reply:
“AnchorCare SMS: For assistance email info@anchorcarehomehealth.com or call 815-335-9944. Msg&Data rates may apply.”
If your mobile number changes, please notify us to update your preferences. If you re-opt-in from a new number, messages will resume to that number.
Our texts are delivered via major U.S. carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may depend on your carrier/network.
Identifiers: mobile number, name (if provided).
Messaging Metadata: opt-in/opt-out status, timestamps, delivery/read status.
Content You Send: replies to our messages (e.g., “confirm,” availability).

Texts from AnchorCare are non-medical and should not be relied upon for medical advice or emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
You must be the current subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and at least 18 (or have a parent/guardian’s consent if allowed by law).
AnchorCare does not charge for SMS, but your carrier’s message & data rates may apply. Charges appear on your mobile bill or are deducted from your prepaid balance.
You agree to:
Provide accurate contact information;
Only enroll numbers you own or are authorized to use;
Notify us if your number changes or is reassigned.
Your SMS participation is governed by AnchorCare’s Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share SMS consent or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post changes with an updated Effective Date. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
